• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable
• Tickets are valid only for the date and time specified
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel programs due to weather or safety concerns
• Group discounts require advance booking and minimum group size

3. Visitor Conduct

While visiting our facility, visitors must:

• Follow all posted rules and staff instructions
• Respect the marine life and exhibits

• Not feed or touch animals unless specifically allowed
• Not use flash photography in sensitive areas

• SeaTREK participants must meet health requirements
